HOW THE DUGOUT WORKS

  • The Dugout is designed to eliminate chaos, waiting, and wasted reps. Everything runs on a clear, time-based system so players know exactly when they train — and when they’re done.

Access is priority-based and memberships are limited.

  • Membership level determines access priority.

Not everyone trains the same. Some players come occasionally. Others train weekly or daily. Membership levels exist to keep access fair while rewarding commitment.

    What Your Membership Controls:

    • Booking priority

    • Peak-hour access

    • Monthly training capacity

    • Overall availability

    What Memberships Are Not

You’re not paying for skill level. You’re choosing how much access and flexibility you want. Higher tiers unlock earlier booking windows and greater access during peak hours — nothing more, nothing less.

Memberships are limited to protect availability and maintain a high-quality training experience. Memberships cannot be shared.

  • All training runs on a scheduled system designed for real practice time. Sessions are reserved in advance and begin at the scheduled start time.

    Standard Sessions (Members)

    • 1-hour cage sessions

    • Built for focused training

    • Access priority is based on membership level
      (Pro, Elite, and All-Star)

Higher membership levels receive earlier booking access and greater availability during peak hours.

    Teams

Teams train in dedicated, recurring blocks.

    • 3 hour reserved team sessions

    • Fixed weekly time slots

    • Dedicated bays

    • Baseball and softball teams welcome

Team sessions are scheduled separately from individual memberships to protect both team access and individual availability.

    Availability is limited.

    Open Hits (Non-Members)

Open Hits are available to non-members when capacity allows.

    • 30-minute sessions

    • No priority booking

    • Availability is not guaranteed

Players can start with Open Hits and move into memberships as availability fills.

This structure keeps the facility running smoothly, protects access, and ensures a fair experience for all.

  • Consistency beats chaos.

By capping the number of memberships and running a structured schedule, players can train without overcrowding, long waits, or uncertainty.

    • No fighting for cages

    • No guessing when it’s your turn

    • No wasted time, just focused reps.

  • The Dugout isn’t a free-for-all.

It’s a controlled, predictable training environment designed to reward consistency and commitment, like a real dugout.

Memberships stay limited so the experience stays strong.
